    A custom greeting created by you or one of our professional voice talents. This is the first thing callers hear when calling your toll free number. This is a great place to welcome callers and direct them throughout your system.
    Your FreedomVOICE systems comes with a standard number of voice extensions. Each department or key person in your company can have their own extension. You can configure each extension to "hunt" through as many forwarding numbers as needed until a caller is connected to the appropriate party to take the call; if you prefer, you can also set up extensions with voicemail boxes where callers can leave a messages. Each extension can be programmed with as many numbers as needed until we reach the appropriate party to take the call live, or if you wish, you can set up your extension as a voicemail box where your caller will be able to leave you a message. Extensions can even be configured so that calls are fowarded during business hours only, and sent to voicemail after hours! Each extension has its own Paging, Follow-Me-Live-Call-Transfer, Call Return, and Card-less Calling Card capabilities. You can add as many extensions as you wish to your toll free number.

    This is a custom recording created by you or one of our professional voice talents. This is often used by companies who have several employees utilizing the system. Instead of listing all of the personal extensions from the initial greeting, you can send your callers to a directory where they can choose the appropriate extension.

    Also referred to as Ad-boxes, these sales automation tools enable you to automatically disseminate information. You can record different outbound messages for callers to hear in different ad-boxes. Ad-boxes are typically used for marketing goods or services by providing callers with instant access to specific information automatically, without assistance from you.

    Each of the 100 unique ad-boxes is automatically “mirrored” four times. For example, ad-box 101 can be accessed by pressing "101”, “201”, “301”, “401” or “501”. This functionality can be extremely beneficial when you want to evaluate the effectiveness of your advertising. You can run the same advertisement in five different magazines or newspapers and list a different “mirrored” ad-box extension number in each ad. This enables you to easily evaluate the effectiveness of each print ad.

    With FreedomVOICE you have 5 different ways to get your messages:

    Paging numbers can be added through the phone or through the included WebLINK web interface. The system is so sophisticated that if special codes or extensions must be dialed to complete a page, the system will dial them for you automatically. WebLINK lets you add the extra dial string information yourself.

    Similar to Follow-Me-Live-Call-Transfer, Call Back tracks you down at phone numbers you specify for message notification. These numbers can be the same or different than your normal forwarding numbers. If it can't find you at any of your Call Back numbers the system will continue to try back. This is a great alternative to paging.

    This functionality is included with every voicemail box and can be used in conjunction with paging so that if you can't be found by phone, you'll at least receive a page to let you know there's a message waiting for you. When you're paged, your FreedomVOICE system will even send the extension number the caller tried to reach you on. Depending upon how you use your system, this great feature can help you determine what the call is in regards to even before you retrieve the message!
    For a company doing business in the U.S., with some or all of its personnel overseas, calls can be forwarded internationally at the rates listed here.
    While listening to voice mail messages, you can call back the person who recorded the message you're listening to, automatically, using the number they called from. Once you've spoken to the person you are returned to voice mail so you can go on to the next message.
