• Address Validator detects common typographical errors in e-mail addresses, and offers address correction before sending; reduces possibility of jobs halting due to bad address formatting.
• Message Preview enables you to preview messages before sending.
• E-Mail Footers enable you to append pre-defined messages or signatures to your e-merged messages.
• Send Attachments with your messages. You can even send multiple attachments.
• Attachment Compression options include levels of compression; compress automatically if attachments are a certain size, compress based on number of attachments, or both.
• Batch Send configuration automatically breaks up large jobs into batches separated by a delay interval that you define. This helps prevent mail servers from mistakenly interpreting large jobs as illegitimate and blocking your messages.
• HTML Support helps you spice up your correspondence by enabling you to insert HTML documents to send messages in web page format.
• Job Recovery module offers the option of sending unsent messages should your batch jobs halt due to service interruptions.
• Return Read Receipts can be automatically requested, enabling you to receive back notification messages when your messages are read by recipients.
