Note: When accessing ESA over the Internet for the first time, the ESA page background may take some time to draw, depending on the speed of your Internet access connection. Once drawn, the page will be "cached" on your computer, so the next time you access ESA it will draw from your computer's memory, which will be significantly faster.

We recommend that you obtain the Complete ESA Web Instructions before logging in to your ESA Web Office, and ignore the "How To" documents accessible from within your ESA Web Office, as they are not complete instructions.
Logging in to your ESA Web Office:

To access your ESA system, you need to enter your ESA phone number and your password. Here's how:

  1. Enter your ESA phone number, without the area code and without hyphens, in the the top field on the ESA Login page.
  2. Enter your password in the field below.
  3. Click the SUBMIT button.
