Find Me
Setup
An alternative to forwarding
calls to a single number, as described in Step 3 above, is to have ESA to find
you among the phone numbers you entered above by enabling the Find Me option.
There are two (2) steps to turning on Find Me. Step 1 tells ESA which phone
numbers to find you at. Step 2 turns on the Find Me function. These steps are
performed from within your ESA system. Remember that the following instructions
start from the Main Lobby Menu, so if necessary, press the * key as many times
as necessary to get back to the Main Menu. Enter your ESA system as described
above. Then:
- Perform the Find
Me Setup by pressing 7, then 2, then 5. Follow the system
instructions.
- Forward your calls to the Find Me option by
pressing 7, then 3, then 6.
Call
Blasting
This feature works only in conjunction with Find Me. When enabled, Call
Blasting calls all phone numbers in your Find Me Setup simultaneously, rather
than sequentially. Use this feature if you want to reduce the hold time for your
callers. Remember that this feature rings all numbers at the same time, and that
the first phone that picks up the call, and actually presses "1" to
accept the call, will be where the call is transferred. For example, if a client
of yours calls, and your spouse picks up your home phone, hears ESA then hangs
up, ESA does not consider that as an accepted call. Thus, ESA will continue to
ring the other numbers until someone actually picks up a phone and accepts the
call by pressing "1".
To
enable Call Blasting, from the Main Lobby Menu press 7, then 3, then 8 then
4.
The Following Are Additional

- When a voice message is
waiting in your ESA Voice Mail Center, you can save it permanently

file. Press 1 to listen to the message, then 7 to pause, then 9 to
create a VOD file. Enter a 3-digit file. Press 7 to unpause. The
message will replay again and you can press 1 to save it, or 3 to

they can access the new VOD file from your Voice-on-Demand Center,
you should update your Voice-on-Demand Greeting to reflect the new
file. For example, "To hear more about Widget A, press 100. To
hear more about Widget B, press 101." and so on. (Refer to the
step in the above section that refers to ESA
Greetings.)
- You can also create new

Fax-on-Demand (FOD) files. Press 3 to access your fax center and
