TOPIC: Updating Fax- and Voice-on-Demand Centers Without Deleting Files

Did you know that you can update your Fax- and Voice-on-Demand centers without deleting anything? Depending upon the way you use your Fax- and Voice-on-Demand centers, you could simply replace your greeting, and not list the files you don't want callers to access. You can still keep those "omitted" files for future use, or strictly for your own personal reference.

Note that if you're using an FOD Index document in your Fax-on-Demand center, be sure to update the Index by removing the file from the list.
