TOPIC: Coordinating Your Fax- and Voice-on-Demand Centers to Work Together

You can enhance your callers' experience when accessing your Fax- and Voice-on-Demand Centers, by coordinating the FOD and VOD file numbers. For example, as a Realtor, you could have an audio description file of a property listing in your Voice-on-Demand Center as VOD file 201, and its corresponding fax "listing" flyer in your Fax-on-Demand center as FOD file 201. This way, regardless of whether callers access either your Voice-on-Demand or Fax-on-Demand centers, they only have to remember one "code" for the property. As an additional bonus, you could then display only one "property code" on your signs and other advertisements.
