Automatic Number Identification (ANI) - Not only does ESA
"trap" every phone number calling in, it also logs the caller's
activity while in your system. If you like, you can also view an
incoming phone number before you take the call. And, unlike Caller ID
systems that can prevent callers who have Caller ID Blocking from
even getting through to you, ESA accepts ANY call, traps EVERY phone

Fax-On-Demand Center (FOD) - Callers can access information

Voice-on-Demand Center (VOD) - Similar to Fax-on-Demand,

- Single Number Forwarding - ESA can forward all of your
callers to a number that you can preset and change, which could be

unlimited numbers to find you.
- "Find Me" Blasting - ESA can dial your "find me" setup
